Ehfina is a personalized recommendation service that helps AI assistants understand your tastes and preferences. The Service allows you to:

  • Maintain a private taste profile
  • Record dining experiences and preferences
  • Receive personalized recommendations through connected AI assistants
  • Share specific parts of your profile with others through controlled sharing groups

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ehfina. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious content or attempt prompt injection attacks
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage

6. Recommendations and accuracy

Ehfina provides personalized recommendations based on your taste profile and preferences. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Recommendations are generated through AI synthesis over preference data and are not deterministic, guaranteed, or safety-verified
  • Restaurant menus, ingredients, availability, prices, hours, and other information can change without notice
  • Recommendations can be inaccurate, incomplete, or not to your taste
  • You should independently verify critical information, especially regarding allergies, dietary restrictions, or health-related concerns
  • Ehfina is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional, or dietary advice
  • Users with allergies or dietary restrictions must verify ingredients directly with the restaurant or food provider before consuming any food

7. Third-party businesses and services

Ehfina may recommend restaurants, dishes, or other businesses and services. Ehfina is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party business, product, or service recommended through the Service. Your interactions with recommended businesses are solely between you and that business.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by ehfina, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your taste profile data, preferences, and experiences. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9. Connected AI assistants

Ehfina works through third-party AI assistants (such as ChatGPT and Claude). Your use of these AI assistants is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Ehfina is not responsible for the behavior, availability, or policies of any third-party AI assistant.

10. Service availability

We strive to keep Ehfina available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

11. Changes to the service

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated service.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

  • You violate these Terms of Service
  • Your use poses a security risk to the Service or other users
  • Required by law or regulatory action

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting account deletion through the Service or by contacting support@ehfina.com.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EHFINA, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ehfina, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Tucson, Arizona.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
